With Post Graduation studies from NUS Business School Singapore and over 25 years of work experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry from the Shipper side, 3 PL side and Advisory side, APR as he is fondly called in the industry circle has worked with Godrej Industries, Gati, Varuna Group, Exel and DHL to name a few, APR actively works towards making the ecosystem better. In alignment with associations such as PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he pushes for better reforms and endeavors towards Viksit Bharat , Nation Building through contributions from the industry towards the country. 40 under 40 super achiever, Youngest Non-Founder CEO in the world 2008, and Youngest JURY on PTAK Awards until 2019 are some of the accolades. Aside to advising the Chairman RSA Group, he is the Founder & CEO of CSRLSC (Center for Standards and Ratings in Logistics & Supply Chain). Seasoned Business Technology leader with extensive experience in Implementation, Consulting, Solutioning of various initiatives across domains specializing in Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management. Establishing and implementing technology to meet business priorities and goals. Managed End to End Business Initiatives, Complex Transformational programs to take organizations to next levels.

Sanjeevv Khanna (CO-FOUNDER & CEO FMCG & Retail)
Dr. Sanjeevv Khanna, a distinguished leader with over 30 years in the Indian corporate world, has pioneered logistics and supply chain operations for organizations like Honda Cars, Samsung, ITC, Metro Cash & Carry, and BigBasket, later serving as COO at Patanjali Ruchi-Soya.
A strategic advisor to Boards and Top Management, he specializes in Business Excellence, Supply Chain, HR, CSR, and Sustainability. An Honorary Doctorate recipient, Dr. Khanna has completed programs at institutions like IIM, Oxford, and Harvard.
He is a certified Independent Director, HR Director, ICF-certified Life Coach, NLP practitioner, and an acclaimed Thought Leader.
Sumesh Kampassi (CO-FOUNDER & CEO TRANSPORTATION & EXPRESS)
Mr. Sumesh Kampassi, an alumnus of NIT Nagpur, has over 22 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, specializing in international and contract logistics, road transportation, and R&D-based product development. He has held senior roles at organizations like DHL and Varuna Logistics, driving growth through customer-centric strategies and P&L management.
As the co-founder of two startups, he focuses on transforming the logistics ecosystem and innovating in B2C social e-commerce. Known for building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration, Mr. Kampassi is a certified trainer and consultant, delivering data-driven solutions that enable organizational success.
Banaja Mishra (CO-FOUNDER & COO FREIGHT FORWARDING)
Banaja Mishra, a gold medalist in Air Cargo Operation Management from IITTM, brings 18 years of logistics and supply chain expertise. Certified in GDP, she excels in steering projects, negotiations, and process implementation.
